The epicenters of global AI evolution are dispersed, and knowledge and opportunity tend to flow in only one direction. A "nexus" that unites strategic alliances, international events, and a physical hub is prohibitively costly for any single company to build, and is a function best served by a neutral, sustainable third-party organization.

The AI Ecosystem business consolidates four activities -- global partnerships, international community collaboration, hosting international AI events, and operating the Shibuya Hub -- and operates as a single network business that interconnects the AI industries of Japan and the world.

Starting from Shibuya, we build and operate a network directly connected to AI hubs around the world -- not only in North America, Europe, and Asia, but also the Middle East, Latin America, and Africa. Without favoring any particular region, we facilitate the year-round, bidirectional flow of knowledge, talent, and opportunity through strategic partnerships with global technology companies, long-term collaboration with multiple nations, and ongoing engagement with local AI communities.

Our role is to extend the AI ecosystem across the entire globe, including regions where AI ecosystems are not yet fully established. We operate the Shibuya Hub as the physical nexus where all these connection points converge, serving as a venue that directly links Japanese corporations, startups, and researchers with the global AI scene.
