Launch of the “CC LLM” Super AI
Deployment Service for Enterprises

Customer Cloud has launched an enterprise deployment service for “CC LLM,” its in-house super AI platform. Guided by the philosophy of “implementing AI in society as intelligence infrastructure,” the company is beginning to offer a super AI platform that can be deployed within enterprises.

Customer Cloud Corp. has newly launched an enterprise deployment service for the AI technology it develops. The company has positioned AI not as a mere tool but as “intelligence infrastructure,” and has driven the development of its platform accordingly.

Building a Dedicated AI Environment Within the Company

This initiative deploys the super AI platform within companies and provides a framework through which each company can build its own dedicated AI environment. This makes it possible to continuously develop and use AI services and business applications adapted to the company's own business data and processes.

Rolled Out as an “AI Product Production Factory” Model

The company is rolling this out as an “AI Product Production Factory” model, building a structure in which companies own their dedicated super AI platform and are supported in continuously developing and operating AI products specialized for their business. CC LLM serves as the core platform of CC AGI.

Deployment Process

CC LLM deployment support is planned to be provided end to end: from interviews on business and confidentiality requirements, to tuning that adapts it to each company's own data and processes, integration with internal systems, and operational monitoring. Based on a design philosophy (Non-Destructive Innovation) that does not replace existing business infrastructure but adds on top of it “a layer that keeps generating the company's own AI,” deployment can proceed in stages.

The main intended users are sectors where the external use of AI is restricted, such as finance, manufacturing, the public sector, and healthcare, which treat confidential information and proprietary know-how as assets. For details such as deployment scale, pricing, and support structure, please consult us through our inquiry desk.

AI is not a tool;
it is intelligence infrastructure that companies should own.

In addition, the company is advancing its “Bit Valley 2.0” initiative under the banner of “From Shibuya to the World.” It aims to build a new industrial ecosystem that connects AI talent, companies, technologies, and communities, linking Japan's AI industry to global markets.
