Customer Cloud Corp. has released the brand system for its AI platform product “CC AGI,” building a structured architecture for rolling out multiple businesses in succession. Under the concept of “Not destruction, but refinement,” the company advocates a design philosophy called “Non-Destructive Innovation”: rather than replacing existing systems, it layers value on top of them from the outside.
CC AGI: not a single product, but a foundation that supports development
CC AGI is positioned not as a single product, but as a foundation supporting a mechanism through which AI autonomously continues development and operations. Going beyond the stage where “humans use AI as a tool,” it aims for a new development structure in which AI itself takes the lead and carries system development through to completion, and the company envisions a mechanism that automates the entire process, from organizing requirements through to improvement.
Redefining corporate and product brands with two notation systems
In designing the brand system, two notation systems were defined to clarify the relationship between the corporate brand and the product brands. The formal notation “CUSTOMER CLOUD | CC AGI” is used in IR materials and contracts, while the short form “CC AGI” is used on websites and in user interfaces. The logo was designed by an international branding studio that blends a Japanese aesthetic sensibility with a global perspective.
Corporate competitiveness is shifting from the stage of “using” AI
to the stage of “owning” it.
The company expressed its view that “corporate competitiveness is shifting from the stage of ‘using’ AI to the stage of ‘owning’ it,” emphasizing the need to prepare for an era in which owning and operating in-house AI as an asset becomes the source of value creation.
The full brand system is available on the Customer Cloud Brand Guidelines page. This concept is positioned as part of the company’s “Bit Valley 2.0” initiative.
