Customer Cloud Corp. has published the “Philosophy” page, which sets out its corporate philosophy in a systematic way.
What the Page Covers
The page systematically explains the thinking that underlies Customer Cloud.
- Wa (Harmony): Design thinking grounded in the Japanese spirit of harmony — without breaking the history, culture, and sovereignty that nations and organizations have cultivated, we layer new value on top, wrapping around them from the outside.
- The Aesthetic of the Kurogo (KUROGO Identity): The client is always the protagonist. We do not put ourselves forward; we stay behind the scenes and bring out the full value of the protagonist. This stance is not humility, but pride.
- Wrap Model: A three-layer business design that protects the client's core from the outside, without touching it.
The page also introduces our three ways of engaging the world (Context / Catalyst / Convergence) and the three principles that guide everything (Harmony, Kurogo, Permanence).
Background
The Philosophy page brings together, in one place, the thinking that underpins our business, brand, and products. The Non-Destructive Innovation that Customer Cloud stands for is rooted in the Japanese spirit of “wa” and the pride of the “kurogo.” Rather than replacing existing systems, we respect the core that clients have built up and layer value on from the outside — the idea of “providing what changes continuously in order to protect what does not change.”
Connection to the Brand System
This philosophy also connects to the logo, colors, typography, and business hierarchy defined in our Brand Guidelines. The three principles of “Harmony,” “Kurogo,” and “Permanence” guide not only visual expression but also serve as criteria for how we engage with clients and design our business.
