They support management decisions through multifaceted legal analysis at every stage — contract negotiation, dispute prevention, regulatory compliance, intellectual property strategy, and cross-border transactions. Their basic approach is to understand each client's business characteristics and environment and to respond to each issue accordingly. They place importance on legal involvement from the earliest stages of management decisions, aiming for preventive rather than reactive legal work. Team MembersProfessional Team

Experienced professionals from each field form the operational foundation that carries our business consistently from concept through execution to governance. Working with management and the legal team, they support the foundation of our business. This team's responsibility is to make governance function in everyday business decisions, rather than leaving it as a formality.

Key Points of the Basic Policy

  • Unity of management and legal — Governance sits right alongside management decisions; working with the legal team, we build legal perspectives into business decisions from the earliest stage
  • Preventive governance — Rather than reacting after the fact, we identify and address risks dynamically as part of day-to-day operations
  • Protection of intellectual property — We respond appropriately to any infringement or unauthorized use of our intellectual property
  • Legal capability — A structure for handling contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters consistently
  • Long-term perspective — We make long-term trust, rather than short-term convenience, the foundation of our business

Background

Our clients entrust us with information that bears directly on their strategic decisions. To meet this responsibility, excellent technology and products alone are not enough; we must also make clear the commitment to governance that supports them.

We believe that the way we govern should be reviewed as our business grows. This policy is an effort to express that thinking in concrete form.

The Idea of “Non-Destructive Governance”

Our brand philosophy is guided throughout by a single idea: “Non-Destructive Innovation ⸺ Not destruction, but refinement.” This principle also applies to how we govern. Without breaking existing order, practices, or relationships of trust, we quietly support them from the outside and carefully add the layers that are needed. This is a form of governance consistent with the thinking behind our “Wrap Model.”

Looking Ahead

We will continue to review and update our approach to governance as our business grows.
